Shipping policy

Domestic orders (within Germany) are shipped with DHL and are free of charge when selecting Standard Shipping.

International orders will either be be delivered via DHL within 4-10 business days or DHL Express within 2-6 business days depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Please note that due to current high demand, processing times may take a little longer than usual.

For most locations, any taxes or duties that may apply will be shown at checkout.
For certain locations the taxes or duties may not be shown at checkout. Please note that import duties and taxes may vary by country. If delivery is made to such countries, any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees are payable by the customer, not to the provider however, but rather to the local customs and tax authorities.
